Sündüs Cebecioğlu is a dedicated professional in the education sector with over 40 years of experience. She possesses a unique understanding and expertise in managing education and training programs and youth development. She contributes to the social, psychological, academic, and emotional development of children by managing academic and other resources. Over the years, she has also provided consulting services to universities abroad and has gained expertise in international education programs.

She has taught and administered at prestigious schools such as Darüşşafaka High School, VKV Koç Private High School, and İzmir Private Turkish College. She worked for many years as an Assistant IB Coordinator and CAS Coordinator within the IB Diploma Program. In 2003, she contributed to the drafting of the Ministry of National Education's Social Activities Directive. Between 1994 and 2013, she volunteered as an Award Leader and a National and International Award Leader Trainer for the International Youth Award program. She was part of the initial team that established the program in Turkey.

She completed her master's degree at Michigan State University, specializing in the integration of interdisciplinary studies into the curriculum. In 2021, she certified her coaching skills and began working with young people, whom she knew very well, as a coach.
