Ceylan Aydınlı completed her final year of high school at Linden Hall in the United States, where she went on an exchange program. After high school, she returned to Turkey and graduated from Bilgi University's Department of International Relations. While university marked the end of her years-long licensed volleyball career, she instilled her athletic discipline in her professional life. Following graduation, she entered the healthcare industry, particularly in hospital management, working in corporate communications, marketing, physician assistant, and admissions and discharge specialist positions. These roles laid the foundation for her communication, organization, planning, and process management skills with diverse groups. During the pandemic, she strengthened her crisis management and attention to detail skills as a hospital employee.

She then focused her career on supporting students and anyone seeking education in achieving their dreams, joining our LMK Consulting team as an international education consultant. In this role, she provides consulting services to students in the UK, Europe, the US, the Balkans, and many other countries regarding high school, summer school, and university applications. Drawing on her own exchange experience, Ceylan provides empathetic counseling to our students and will assist them throughout the application and documentation processes.
